The 58-storey PETRONAS Tower 3 is currently under construction on a plot of land known as Lot C KLCC, measuring 1.06 acres (4,300 m2) adjacent to KLCC Kuala Lumpur. Once completed, the 59-storey PETRONAS Tower 3 will be made the headquarters of most PETRONAS Sharing Contract (PSC) Oil-field operators, & many other multi-national companies. Along with the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre and the Binjai condominium, development of Lot C falls under Phase 2 of the KLCC project. Development cost is reported at RM1 billion.
